Eric Beaudoin is a known and active leader in HR & Talent market leading practices, with a genuine interest in innovation and outcomes. Eric Beaudoin is a Senior Director in HR & Talent advisory consulting at SiaPartners, where he leads the practice with a focus on strategies, experience, digital, talent and the Future of Work to meet the goals of the organization through a people lens. Prior to joining Sia, Eric worked at the University Health Network in People Strategy and Innovation as well as in management consulting at Deloitte and KPMG where he led HR modernization efforts.

Eric is a Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE) with the Canadian College of Health Leaders, a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) with the Human Resources Professionals Association, and holds a Masters in Health Administration from the Universite de Montreal. Eric is also a Loran Award Scholar, UWC Scholar and received numerous HR awards for his innovative work, most recently for the most innovative use of an HR Technology while at UHN.
