About Flora
Flora Jackman is from “around the bay” Newfoundland and Labrador, and a proud mom to her son Chace. Her path to career development includes work in the field of public relations and communications, fundraising, education, and advocacy. Flora uses employment to support diverse populations to foster a culture of choice and empowerment. Currently, her work specializes in supporting those involved with the criminal justice system. No matter what the role, or the title, it’s always about the impact of the work and finding the story within that fuels us to move forward.
Flora is a certified career development practitioner and has involved herself with the CCDF to champion the use of PRIME and promote the work of CDPs across the country. Flora’s next step is to invest in the development of labour market information for Newfoundland and Labrador to promote career decision-making for NL’s next chapter.
