Terralynn is a CoFounder and the Head of Product at FutureFit AI, a data-driven platform with a mission to make career transitions better through AI-powered career guidance. She currently leads user experience, product strategy, and product development work, as well as contributing to FutureFit AI’s research and data practices that feed growth opportunities and product innovation. Terralynn brings a data-obsessed mind to building products with AI and social science to solve important challenges in the employment and workforce development space. Terralynn is an avid researcher and has contributed to research at the frontier of the future of work, working with organizations like the World Economic Forum, Canadian Council for Youth Prosperity, and the OECD. Terralynn has previously worked in applied predictive analytics and research design for federal employment and social policy in Canada where she received an ADM award for innovative policy design.
