About Alexandra
Alexandra Cutean is the Senior Director of Research & Policy at the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC). She holds over 8 years of experience working in the policy, research, and consulting space both in Canada and internationally. Authoring reports including the Canadian Digital Innovation Measure, The Digital Talent Dividend, Autonomous Vehicles and the Future of Work in Canada, and Mapping Calgary’s Digital Future, Alexandra’s work focuses on providing in-depth research, analysis and policy considerations for the Canadian digital economy.
Alexandra’s experience extends across Canada, the United States, and Europe, with previous roles at PwC, KPMG, and the European Commission, among others. Alexandra holds two MSc degrees from the University of Amsterdam – one in Foreign Affairs, and another in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation. She also holds a post-graduate diploma in International Business from Humber College, a post-graduate certificate in Professional Communication from the University of British Columbia, and a BA in Political Science and English from Wilfrid Laurier University.
