Brahim Boudarbat
Professor, School of Industrial Relations, Université de Montréal

Dr. Boudarbat is a Full Professor at the Université de Montréal’s School of Industrial Relations and Director of the university’s Observatoire de la Francophonie économique. He has a PhD in Economics from Université de Montréal.

Prior to his current role, he was a Post-Doctoral and Teaching Fellow at the University of British Columbia. He is affiliated with several research centres and groups, including the Centre for Interuniversity Research and Analysis on Organizations, the University of Ottawa’s Research Group on the Economics of Immigration and the Institute of Labour Economics (IZA). His main fields of interest are immigrant integration into the labour market, income inequality, career choices, job-skills (mis)matching and youth education and employment in the Arab world.
