Nicole Galarneau
Former Director General, Regroupement québécois des organismes pour le développement de l’employabilité

Ms. Galarneau is a seasoned human resources professional with over 25 years of experience in career development and employability. A graduate from the Université de Montréal in Arts with a specialization in Public Relations, Publicity and Journalism, Ms. Galarneau then completed a certificate in Marketing and Administration at École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montreal.

Throughout her career, Ms. Galarneau held a number of senior executive positions, where she has significantly influenced the various fields of the delivery of employment services and career development at the provincial, national and international levels. Ms. Galarneau also played a key role in the creation of the Coalition canadienne des organismes communautaires en développement de l’employabilité, where her leadership successfully resulted in the delivery of a number of pan-Canadian projects, most notably the integration of immigrants into job markets outside of large metropolitan centres.
