Il occupe actuellement le poste de directeur du D\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re au sein du minist\u00e8re des Services \u00e0 la famille du gouvernement du Nunavut, o\u00f9 il assure l&#8217;orientation strat\u00e9gique des initiatives de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re et de l&#8217;Unit\u00e9 de certification de l&#8217;apprentissage.<\/p>\n<p>Michel est titulaire d&#8217;un baccalaur\u00e9at en administration des affaires de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 Laval. Il a obtenu un certificat de ma\u00eetrise en gestion de projet de la Schulich School of Business et poursuit actuellement un MBA pour cadres \u00e0 l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 d&#8217;Ottawa afin de renforcer davantage son expertise en leadership et en gestion strat\u00e9gique.
