About
Michel Rheault is an experienced public sector leader with more than a decade of expertise in workforce development, program design, and strategic planning across Nunavut. He currently serves as Director of Career Development with the Government of Nunavut’s Department of Family Services, where he provides strategic direction for Career Development initiatives and the Apprenticeship Certification Unit.
Michel holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Université Laval. He has completed a master’s Certificate in Project Management through the Schulich School of Business and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Ottawa to further strengthen his leadership and strategic management expertise. He lives in Iqaluit with his wife, Yuanyuan, and their daughter, Ulli.
