Ms. Taylor is a retired Workforce Development Executive. She is the former Senior Manager of Workforce Development for Irving Oil and Executive Director of Career Link Atlantic. She led development of the New Brunswick Teen Apprentice Program, a project that enabled her to bring together the many stakeholders who believe in fostering positive, collaborative, labour market information-driven solutions to the skilled trades labour gap in New Brunswick.

She is a graduate of McGill University and the University of New Brunswick and has over 20 years’ experience in workforce development, industrial relations, and administrative law.

Ms. Taylor is Chair of the Board of Directors of Buildforce Canada, Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Skills Canada New Brunswick and an employer representative on the New Brunswick Apprenticeship and Occupational Certification Board.
