Ms. Hauer is the Manager of AgriLMI, the Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council’s labour market information program. The Council, a national, non-profit organization, focuses on addressing human resource issues facing agricultural businesses in Canada.

Since 2008, Ms. Hauer has managed a variety of labour market information projects with the Council and is leading the Council’s AgriWomen program that aims to increase the role of women in leadership positions in the industry. She grew up on a mixed beef and grain farm in northwestern Saskatchewan and has diverse experience in the agriculture industry.
