She is motivated by the values of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation — and brings this ethos into her administrative practice through careful, meticulous support, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a commitment to integrity and transparency.
Beyond her administrative skill set, Mish believes strongly in supporting mission-driven organizations that aim to make meaningful contributions to communities and society.
Outside of work, Mish enjoys creative and wellness-focused pursuits such as pottery and walks in nature, which help her stay grounded and balanced. She values simplicity, integrity, and thoughtful organization — both in her personal life and in her support for others.
Mish is eager to bring her administrative, financial, and organizational strengths to a forward-looking, inclusive team, supporting efforts to guide Canada’s evolving labour market through accurate information and collaborative engagement.
