Laura-Lee Lefebvre

Laura-Lee Lefebvre is a human resources management professional with over 20 years of experience, including in public relations, marketing, not-for-profit, financial and international sectors. Her areas of expertise include team leadership, strategic planning, performance management, total compensation, recruitment and employee relations.

Laura-Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, having consulted independently with clients such as the Canada Council for the Arts, National Research Council, Accenture, Canadian Food Inspection Agency, and Carefor Health and Community Services.

She has worked with many small- and medium-sized organizations building HR frameworks, including the development of HR programs, policies and procedures. Laura-Lee has assisted clients in developing and implementing performance management programs, designing compensation structures, developing competency frameworks and providing employee relations support.
